Originally a fanfic character created by Takanashi Kiara's fanbase as a "what if" daughter between Kiara and Mori Calliope. Kiara later embraced Clara as "her child" and made her "canon" in a Sims 4 stream by having her sim character conceive and give birth to Clara with Calliope's sim as the other mother.
