ci flower
An upgraded voicebank for flower on the CeVIO AI engine. While her previous voicebanks were developed by Gynoid Co., this version was developed by INCS toenter and CeVIO Project. Gynoid Co. lists Ci flower as an "official licensed product" of flower.
Her design is by Oguchi and features more feminine traits. She has short white hair with two purple streaks, black jacket, layered shirt, black short shorts, and boots. Her eyes are now blue instead of purple.
