chouchin obake

A paper lantern traditional youkai. Similar to the karakasa obake, it has one eye and a long tongue. Its name comes from the word chouchin, a term for lanterns that are made with a bamboo frame and either paper or silk.

Futatsuiwa Mamizou from Touhou uses one in one of her attacks in Hopeless Masquerade.
