The eighth (and current) generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, which began production in 2020.

The C8 is the first mid-engined Corvette to reach production, though several unfulfilled mid-engine concepts have been presented throughout the decades. It is also the third Corvette model to not offer a manual transmission option, a decision attributed to low cumulative sales of its predecessor's manual version.
