Charno the Fire Pixie is a Touaoii character whose name, appearance, dialog, and element parodies Cirno, the stage 2 boss of Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
Charno herself is the embodiment of the Vandals of /r/place, individuals who had nothing to add to the mural but random bits of destruction and defacement. The pixies as a whole represent The Void, represented by the small dark Void printed on Charno's skirt, as well as styled into her hair. Though individually weak, disorganized, and unable to do much of anything but annoy, Vandals eventually collected into a mass called The Void, which was a very real threat that the communities of /r/place had to expend a great deal of effort to keep at bay. It was the work of such vandals that ultimately led to the creation of Touaoii.
Though The Void seemed like an unstoppable force in its inception, and it did claim several casualties, it was ultimately defeated several times.
