Chako is a female farmer that is encountered early in Dragon Quest Builders 2. She was renamed to Rosie in the English localization.
Notably, she bears a resemblance to Norimaki Arale from Dr. Slump, albeit with aqua hair instead of purple. This may be intentional, considering that Toriyama Akira created some (if not all) of the character designs in the game.
