The Celestial Dragons, also known as the World Nobles, are the aristocratic descendants of nineteen of the First Twenty kingdoms who established what is now known as the World Government. Due to their elite status within the World Government, they are serving as the major antagonists of One Piece.
Most of the Celestial Dragons are often seen with an astronaut-like outfit with its own air supply, ostensibly to prevent the "impure" air that the commoner breathe to "contaminate" them.
