The soldiers of the Swedish empire under Kings Charles XI & XII, from 1680, after Charles XI instituted an absolute monarchy, until the death of Charles XII in 1718. Their outfits featured tricorner hats, and were distinctively were blue on top, and yellow on the bottom - the colors of the Swedish flag.
