carmine (under night in-birth)
Character who appears in Under Night In-Birth. He is an unallied In-Birth who fights just for his own enjoyment. His EXS ability allows him to manipulate and weaponize his own blood. His violent tendencies quickly earned him a reputation on the streets of Kanzakai as Carmine-Prime. He is motivated by making others feel pain and revels in suffering of others. He attends the same school as Hyde. Hyde and Carmine often trade insults with each other, such as Hyde calling him "Crawfish", and Carmine calling him "Clownfish".
