cape umbrella
A cape being held over the head as a kind of improvised umbrella.
It may be a character holding a cape over their own head, or over another character's head, in which you should also tag shared cape. If both characters have a shared cape over their heads, add shared clothes.
Use unworn cape if it's not on a character's shoulders or waist.
