ARMS character.
A robotic beach patrol officer who monitors Buster Beach. He can use his partner Barq as a springboard to gain higher ground, as well as combining each other while using rush to deal great damage together.
His primary ARMS are the Seekie, the Cracker, and the Bubb. His home stage is Buster Beach.
