One Piece character. Captain of a circus-themed pirate ship and Luffy's rival. Formerly one of the Shichibukai, and later on the de jure leader of the Cross Guild and one of the Four Emperors.
Buggy originally served as an apprentice for Gol D. Roger's pirate crew alongside Shanks.
Having consumed the Bara Bara no Mi Devil Fruit, he can split their own body into pieces and control said pieces however they wish.
He is voiced by Chiba Shigeru.
