Character from the Neptune series. She is introduced in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, also appearing in Re;Birth1 and 2.

Represents the Broccoli company, who made the Di Gi Charat anime series. Her design is also based on Puchiko, as they share the same voice actor.
