A fictional superhero character from The Boys.

In the TV show, he is a super powered, PTSD-ridden parody of Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe. He wears a superhero costume.

In the original comic, he's a clone of Homelander intended as a failsafe against him, committed many evil deeds and gaslit his template into thinking he's crazy and actually committed these crimes, which led to Homelander going crazy, attempting a coup against the US government, Black Noir killing Homelander and dying at the hands of Billy Butcher (who avenged his wife by killing him).
