A former Virtual YouTuber and member of BANs. His name, appearance, and personality were copied wholesale from Itou Kaiji, save for the hiragana び (bi) on his cheek.
He ceased activities in May 2018, wiping most of his YouTube channel. Shortly after, a related VTuber named Tenkai Tsukasa launched his own channel.
