Pronounced "Billy Kahn". One of the minor villains in the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series.

He wields a three section staff in which he can infuse with fire.

He is Geese Howard's right-hand man. As of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, following the death of Geese, Billy is the new leader of his syndicate, the Howard Connection. Lilly Kane is his innocent little sister.
