He first appeared in the Final Fight game from the 80s, and in many other fighting games since then.

Bill Bull is part of the original Mad Gear gang that terrorized the streets of Metro City. He is a rotund bald man with an Amish black beard and wears a white grandfather shirt with dark gray/forest green pants and suspenders.

He is of Mexican descent.
