Wearing a bikini bottom without a bikini top. For example, wearing a bikini bottom with a shirt or jacket, or while completely topless.
Don't use when you can't see the character's upper body, or you can't tell whether they're wearing a bikini top or not. This tag is for when you can tell they're not wearing a bikini top.
Don't use when the character is wearing a tankini, bandeau, or other bikini-like top.
