He first appeared in the Final Fight videogame from the late 80s, where he is the main antagonist and the game's final boss.

Belger is the leader of the Mad Gear gang. He is a bald and strong middle aged man with a beard who is bound to a motorized wheelchair. His main weapon is the crossbow.
