One Piece character. One of the Shichibukai. A high-powered cyborg as a result of Dr. Vegapunk's experiments, the Pacifista, a high-powered combat androids, are modeled after him. He is considered a "walking mystery", with his true motivations unknown.
Having consumed the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi Devil Fruit, he has paw pads on his hands (and presumably feet) with the power to deflect anything, which he uses in various creative ways.
He was formerly a commander in the Revolutionary Army and Jewelry Bonney's adoptive father. Kuma surrendered himself to the World Government in an attempt to find a cure for Bonney's disease. In doing so, Kuma voluntarily allowed himself to be modified into a cyborg and being erased of all emotions, despite objection from Vegapunk. His memories would be later secretly allocated into his programming by Vegapunk in hope that Bonney will be capable of bringing him back to who he once was.
