蒸し器 蒸笼
A round or oval cookware made from bamboo with a lattice bottom and a cover. They are often stacked on top of each other so that the steam can cook many different servings simultaneously.
Often used to make dim sum.
Called mushiki (蒸し器) in Japanese.
