Umamusume character. Public Morals Committee Chairwoman (AKA Head Prefect, AKA Fuuki Iinchou) of Tracen Academy.
Bamboo Memory is often depicted carrying around her 'namesake' bamboo blade (i.e. shinai). This shinai is effectively her badge of office, lending her a certain air of authority.
Ironically, despite being the head of the student disciplinary committee, Bamboo speaks in a rough 'accent' very reminiscent of Japanese (male) delinquents.
