The main story follows a Yakyusha Academy transfer student Kanada Toshu, who joins it's baseball club and plays it alongside Nakahara Masaru, the club's captain, and Yanai Ichiru, both of which are potential love interests in the main game.
Bacchikoi!'s expansion pack - "Bacchikoi Expansion Pack", released in July 11th, 2015, features different stories in the same timeline as the original game, focusing more on Yakyusha's baseball club captain Tadano Genji, Masaru and Ichiru rather than Toshu. The expansion pack does not offer players any choice and can only scroll through the single variant story featured in the expansion pack.
