asimov (pgr)
Asimov is the head of the Science Council of Babylonia as well as holding a chair in the overall Babylonia council, an exceptional genius for his age, but his rationalist thinking makes him a difficult man to get along with.
Appearance
Asimov has short black hair often times depicted messy or unkempt, his eye colour is red and usually have bags under eyes.
Asimov's uniform is mostly white in colour, he wears a cloak or a surcoat that covers most of his uniform underneath, the outerwear has high collars design.
