A character from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

Chie is the resident high school counselor. Her given name has an alternate reading - "Niichie", a reference to philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. She is also known for her shapely body and sexual fetishism concerning masochistic males. Curiously enough, her most frequent visitor is teacher Itoshiki Nozomu, who would come to her after another failed attempt at suicide, to air out his complaints against society.
