A major character in Sounan Desuka?. Mutsu is an honor student that mentally adapts the best to Homare's lessons on survival in spite of being the least physically capable.

Mutsu has brownish-red hair in a short bob cut, wears red underframe glasses, has green eyes in a slightly tareme style, and relatively small breasts.

Mutsu wears a standard serafuku with a white shirt with a red ribbon and blue pleated skirt, and kneehighs. She also wears a simple white bra and panties.
