Carries the rank of Major. Extremely strong, kindhearted, and skilled in a number of things, often quoting that such traits have been "passed down the Armstrong family line for generations". Has a habit of removing his shirt to show off his muscular physique, accompanied by pink sparkles, as he is prone to bouts of romanticism.
