Natsuko, often called "Nacchan", is Kisaragi Honey's best friend and roommate at St. Chapel Academy. While her design tends to inconsistent between different adaptation, she's usually depicted as young girl wearing twintails. In the manga, Shin Cutie Honey, and Cutie Honey Universe she has brown hair, while in Cutie Honey Flash she has pink hair.

Natsuko is very protective of her friend Honey and in some media she is openly in love with her.

In Cutie Honey Universe she is initially very attracted to Genet, but quickly realizes she isn't the person she pretends to be, proving that Natsuko is much less naive and easily manipulated than you'd think.
