This a new Tenchi Muyou! series, which is basically a set of 50 5-minute product placements for Takahashi City in Japan, who are funding it. It seems only vaguely related to the original series from the info we've seen so far.

There is a new Masaki Tenchi, who looks a bit less scraggly, but is recognizable. The harem has been rotated out (like tires) for a new ridiculously strong ogregirl Kinojyou Beni and student council president Kawanagare Momo.

Character design is by noted zettai ryouiki fetishist Yasuda Suzuhito of Yozakura Quartet, Devil Survivor, and Durarara!! fame.
