abe no seimei (fate)

NPC Servant who has not been depicted yet in Fate/Grand Order, but has had some spoken lines. He is an onmyouji, a practitioner of onmyoudou during the middle of the Heian period in Japan. Ashiya Douman absolutely despises Abe no Seimei due to him not regarding him as a rival worthy of his time.
