The 2023 version of Yuki Miku. The theme of the design contest for this year was 空模様 (weather/condition of the sky) showing the imagery of Hokkaido winter.
The winning entry was drawn by isakysaku and features a daybreak motif with a pastel palette. The main visual was illustrated by ancotaku.
Her light blue hair ends with a pink gradient. She wears a bonnet with a pink bowtie. Her twintails are adorned with sun and crescent moon hair ornaments. She carries a giant paintbrush which she uses to paint the sky of the new day.
She is given the fan nickname 冬麗ちゃん (Fuyu Urara-chan) in Japanese, meaning "clear/beautiful winter". Her English fan nickname is Serenity.
Her theme song is SnowMix by Marasy, with PV illustrated by Omutatsu.
