Todoroki Kyouko is a Nijisanji virtual Youtuber. Character design by Hoojiro.
She debuted in the first wave of Nijisanji SEEDs before merging with the main Nijisanji group in December 2018.
She is portrayed as a gyaru with dark skin, long white hair tied into twintails, blue eyes, and large breasts.
