An alchemist from Mondstadt who is actually very good at preserving and encouraging the growth of living things (in a non-threatening way), she's painfully shy around other people but is quite gung-ho about her research. A classic shy science-type.
She has hard-to-see animal ears, which are most likely cat ears (see Sucrose's Story 2) or fox ears (see Yae Miko).
She is named 砂糖 (Shātáng, literally meaning "granulated sugar") in the Chinese script, and thus is tagged like that on Pixiv oftentimes.
