食蜂操祈 食蜂操祈(ブルーアーカイブ)

A ToAru Majutsu no Index character. First mentioned in Index, but officially introduced in the ToAru Kagaku no Railgun manga, and main character of the ToAru Kagaku no Mental Out manga, Misaki is Academy City's 5th ranked Level 5.

Nicknamed Mental Out (心理掌握 Shinri Shouaku, lit. Psychological Control) after her ability, which allows for a wide range of effects, including telepathy and mind control. Also nicknamed The Queen of Tokiwadai, she is the second Level 5 enrolled in Tokiwadai Middle School, along with Misaka Mikoto. They're often at odds with each other.

She has very long blonde hair, yellow/brown eyes with star-shaped pupils, and large breasts. She is 168-169 cm tall.

She wears the standard Tokiwadai school uniform with white spider web print elbow gloves and white thighhighs with the same print. She typically carries around a handbag and a remote control.

In Blue Archive she has a pink star halo similar to her star-shaped pupils. She carries a Staccato 2011 pistol as an additional firearm.
