Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Shirakumo. Character designed by Shibafu, voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She is portrayed with long white hair as a nod to her name's meaning (white clouds), and grey eyes.
Her outfit and rigging is the Special Type's base serafuku: white shirt with a blue sailor collar, blue pleated skirt, black kneehighs, rudder boots, funnel and mast held as a backpack, two 610 mm triple torpedo tubes strapped to her thighs, and a handheld 127 mm twin gun mount Type A.
