Aged down version of Sessyoin Kiara (Swimsuit Mooncancer) introduced in the Summer 2020 event of Fate/Grand Order, Servant Summer Camp. She was one of the main characters in the story and the event shopkeeper.
For her amusement and to deceive the event's antagonist, Kiara turned into her lily form and afflicted herself with amnesia. She prepared a sea shell that would transform her into Police Kiara to fight enemies and save Fujimaru when necessary, turning back to her lily form before remembering the truth.
