Her Noble Phantasms are her signature Shinsengumi haori, the Shinsengumi Flag of Sincerity, and Mumyou Sandanzuki.
Despite her middling stats and personal skills, she is a force to be reckoned with in the Grand Order conflict.
Okita's running gag within the series revolves around her coughing blood at any random moment, a reference to her real life counterpart who suffered from tuberculosis.
