A maid uniform designed by Nakabayashi Yoshitaka in Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama. It is worn by Yoshitaka's maids, Sawatari Izumi, Sawatari Mitsuki, and Kuramachi Anna. It consists of:

• A maid headdress.
• A black choker with a white bow on it.
• A black backless dress with spaghetti straps.
• A white apron.
• White elbow gloves.
• Black thighhighs.
• Black platform heels.
