Karen, known as Karin (カリン) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver.

Beneath her calm, cerebral exterior, a passion for Pokémon lurks in this Elite Four member's heart. She likes wild and tough Dark-type Pokémon.

She has grey eyes and long wavy grey hair.
