In Genshin lore, Durin was killed in battle by Dvalin, and Durin's remains landed in Dragonspine. Its corpse still has influence on the residents of Dragonspine in the present day.
Not to be confused with Mini Durin, who appears as a small dragon, and who is really an alternate counterpart created by the Hexenzirkel.
