Appearance

She is portrayed with short blue hair, blue eyes, and large breasts.

Her default outfit consists of a white military jacket exposing her cleavage, white peaked cap, pantyhose, black high heels, and black gloves. Her rigging consists of two of her real-life 152 mm triple mounts on her left side, with a blank hull piece to her right and connected by a chain.

History

In real life, her design was meant to correct the stability and gunnery issues that plagued Kirov and her sisters, and was laid down in 1939. Launched just before the German invasion, she was left uncompleted until the war ended and she was only completed in 1950.

Her skills (cavalier-themed) reference her namesake, the Russian Revolutionary folk hero Vasily Chapayev.
