Her name (肇和, Zhaohe if Hanyu Pinyin) means "harmonious beginnings".
In the game, she and her sister Ying Swei are reclassed as light cruisers to conform to existing ship types.
Appearance
She is portrayed with long two-tone hair (red and white) tied into two cone hair buns, purple eyes, and modestly-sized chest. Her default outfit is an unorthodox Cheongsam with a white inner dress and detached sleeves, single white thighhigh, and red high heels.
