A clothing cutout that exposes a character's chest, breasts, pectorals or cleavage. A cutout is a hole or opening that closes at both the upper and lower edges, in the same layer of clothing. Note that having a cleavage cutout doesn't necessarily mean the character has cleavage to begin with.
